Genesys Works Will be Coming to Fairfax County Public Schools

Genesys Works is a program which helps seniors in high school discover and learn about the corporate world. It provides training, and helps with college enrollment and financial aid. So far more than 95% of their graduates move on to college. It’s also a paid internship, where you will work at corporations and learn about the business world. This program is only used in Chicago, Houston, and in the Bay Area. Next year, Falls Church and other Fairfax County Public schools will be introducing the program to our schools.
Applicants should be committed to a summer training program from July 5th to August 26th. Also they should be able to work in the morning or afternoons during their senior year. Genesys Works emphasizes on huge rewards for your hard work. You will be gaining professionals skills and technology skills from experienced workers in the corporate world. After your training program, you will have a paid internship at a top company in the area. As you work there for your senior year, you will have a chance of earning $10,000 in your senior year alone. Genesys also wants students to succeed in the next level as they will help you throughout the year and guide you to a college that will suit you best.
Genesys Works is obviously a program that helps you train with technology and other general things in life. It also will assist you in the next step in college admission, financial aid, and finding the career option you want. Students at Genesys will acquire a college counselor for free that will help you find the college or career that you wish to have.
