Whether it’s going on a relaxing holiday to somewhere to soak up some sun, or going on an adventurous trip to the mountains, everyone likes doing something over Winter Break, even if the biggest trip you’re going to take is to your couch. Winter break is an exciting time especially with Christmas right around the corner and New Year’s celebration on its way. Because many people do exciting things over winter break, they thought “Why not share?” Here are some fellow Jaguars who wanted to share their upcoming plans for winter break with you!

“I was actually planning on spending winter break as well as Christmas with my family in Alabama.” Ms. Jones, Social Studies teacher.

“I usually just take this time to hang out with friends. With school and all, it gets hard to meet up with people, even if it is over the weekend, especially if they go to a different school, so I’m really looking forward to it this year!” Raneem Zahow (9)

“My family and I are planning on going to New York City for winter break and staying there for the New Year’s celebration. It’s really a really exciting feeling because I’ve always wanted to go to New York, especially for the New Year’s celebration with the ball drop and the huge countdown and all that hype. I am super excited and really looking forward to it.”  Anonymous Junior

“I’m going to go to visit my family in Kentucky and just hang with my nieces and nephews.” Ms. Potocki, Librarian
